In Saturday's National Post, scene coloumnist Shinan Govani reported New York chef Scott Conant will be opening a restaurant in Toronto's new Thompson Hotel. This is exciting because Scott's NY Italian restaurant Scarpetta, which I tried out last May, has the best spaghetti and tomato sauce I've ever tasted. Also opening in what will sure to be a gorgeous hotel, a 24 hour diner! Below is a shot of that delicious spaghetti. Drooool!
