The Saint

The recently opened restaurant integrates itself very well onto Ossington Avenue.  You'll understand why when you step inside, because like most establishments on the popular strip, The Saint is just plain cool.  To start, order the extremely flavourful perogies.  They're stuffed with braised pork belly, braised cabbage, aged cheddar and topped with bacon.  How could you say no?  
Another dish we couldn't pass up was the lobster and corned beef hash with two poached eggs.  Big props to The Saint kitchen for not skimping out on the lobster, but we did find the beef chunks a bit freakishly too large.  
Go for drinks, go for dinner, or go just for the homemade pies and desserts.
