Brassaii Spring Menu

Last week Food & Co. got to sample some of the items on Brassaii's new spring menu.  It was a 5 course meal (with flowing booze of course) and we loved every minute of it.  The menu consisted of; Ostrich carpaccio with truffled white bean and mushroom salad and mustard aioli; lobster corn fritters with tomato tapenade and cognac aioli; grilled ahi tuna with artichoke, tomato and caper salsa and chive mashed potatoes; veal tenderloin medallions with tomato, goat cheese and basil pesto orzo; and a chocolate cupcake with white chocolate mille-feuille and milk chocolate chili ice cream.

Favourite things were the ostrich, lobster and the white chocolate mille-feuille was delicious.  The chili ice cream surprisingly had quite a kick to it.  If you're into spice, you'll be into it.

On another note, it was great to meet and sit with fellow food bloggers from Food Lover 360 and Bon Eats.  Be sure to check out their blogs.

P.S. still in love with the donuts
