Brunch @ Bar Buca

There's a new Buca on the block.  Well, more like around the corner.
The long awaited Bar Buca from Buca Executive Chef Rob Gentile has finally opened on Portland Street just south of King.  The 38 seat snack bar serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch and is open 7 days a week from 7am until 2am (they don't take reservations).  Below is a look at the mouthwatering brunch and equally gorgeous interior.

(espresso sugar for your coffee)
(bombolone - spiced apple butter and whipped mascarpone)
(semolina pancakes, flavours of cannoli, grappa maple syrup)
(duck egg yolk, rock shrimp, crisp potato, pine nuts)
(porchetta - roast Tuscan pork, fried eggs, mostarda)
(eggs, burrata, truffle)
