Summerlicious @ Cafe Boulud

If you haven't taken advantage of Toronto's Summerlicious yet, you've got until July 21 to make a reservation. Below are some snaps from our dinner at Cafe Boulud at the Four Seasons Hotel.  At $45 a person, it's a great opportunity to indulge in a three course meal at Daniel Boulud's Toronto outpost for a very reasonable price.  And lunch is even more reasonable at $25.
Oh and if you can find room for another dessert - get the Grapefruit Givre.  It's a dessert everyone should try at least once... or twice.

(Heirloom tomato salad - tomato consomme, pecorino, basil and black olive)
(Seared digby scallop - sweet corn succotash, avocado mousse and shrimp cracker)
(Roasted cumbrae beef - tuscan potatoes, salsa verde, broccoli rabe and calabrian chili)
(Swiss chard agnolotti - monforte ricotta, tomato compote, toasted pine nuts and parmesan)
(Mediterranean sea bass - bouillabaise sauce and rouille crouton)
(Passion fruit and banana sundae - mango, vanilla crumble and meringue)
(Tonka bean sundae - chocolate genoise, candied pecans, maple caramel ice cream, tonka bean chantilly)

And a few extra dishes we tried -

(Crispy duck egg - jambon de Paris, asparagus and mustard dressing)
(Roasted beet salad - burrata, toasted pine nuts, black olive, wild arugula and red wine vinaigrette)
(Grapefruit givre - sesame halva, rose loukoum and grapefruit sorbet)
