Brunch at Barque Smokehouse

If barbecue for breakfast sounds odd, chances are you have yet to brunch at Barque Smokehouse.  With dishes like scrambled eggs with merguez sausage, fried eggs with pulled pork, and pancakes with smoked duck, blueberry compote and chevre the decision making for any meat lover is tough.  For the benedict lovers out there, be sure to try the smoked brisket benny, that sits atop cornbread and is smothered in a BBQ hollandaise.  If that sounds a bit heavy, it is, but worth every bite.  The open faced smoked trout omelet is an equally tasty alternative. If you don't eat meat at all (or even if you do) the caramelized apple and brie french toast sounds irresistible.

Barque's brunch runs from 10:30am - 2:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
