Panera Bread

This very popular American bakery/cafe has opened a few locations in the GTA - with Yonge and Dundas their downtown home.  They offer the full gambit of sandwiches, soups, killer pastries and baked egg souffles.  Pictured below is the ham & swiss souffle and their very sweet pecan braid.
